This project involved the construction of a new office building, a new shop, one drive through bay, and additional site work. The new 16,000 square foot office building has a basement area for future expansion. The main floor of the office features a customer service area, offices for the director and inspectors, a plan room, and conference rooms. The new main shop is a pre-engineered metal building, and it includes three full drive through bays and three half bays. It also features an office for the shop foreman and a welding shop. The drive through bay included a 10 ton crane that runs the full length of the building, and a full service car wash along the northern side of the exterior. The site work involved the construction of a storage area for salt and an underground fuel tank system that includes pumps.
