Richard E. Kendell Building

This project involved four distinct contract phases, including the government services building, print shop, site work, and administrative facility. The government services building is a two story office and conference facility, with a light gauge structural frame, stucco, and natural stone exterior. The building was designed for the general use of the Davis County School District. The print shop, a totally separate structure, was designed for the specialized needs of commercial printing equipment. All facilities were completed with landscaping, parking, public access and outdoor lighting.
