Old Mill Village

Old Mill Village contains five separate buildings, along with a central tower, that were built as retail store shells. In addition to this, the project also featured a restaurant. The structure of each shell was built with wood and steel column supports. The exterior of the buildings were constructed with masonry, cultured stone, and EIFS. Each building also utilizes a standing seam roof and TPO roof system.
