South Jordan City Hall

The South Jordan City Hall is a three story building. It's main floor incorporates a judges chamber and court room, a city council chamber, and public offices. The second floor contains offices for city officials as well as a number of adjoining conference rooms. The exterior of the building was created with a brick veneer, along with a Mansard roof system comprised of standing seam roofing. The exterior sidewalks, as well as the curb & gutter, were poured with a colored concrete that was incorporated into the concrete mix. This project was completed two months ahead of schedule. A coordinated effort between Comtrol and the owner allowed for the city to move in while the project was being finished.
