Utah County Jail Expansion

The Utah County Jail Expansion included the addition of two new pods, with dormitory style and maximum security cells; as well as a new administration area, and a remodel of various areas throughout the existing jail. The project also included a new chapel, enclosed outdoor recreation facilities, and a complete upgrade to the central kitchen. The security system was upgraded throughout the entire jail, which included new command and control centers. Air conditioning was also added to the entire jail, and significant security upgrades were put in place.
